Onsite visits, travel, additional hardware, software, subscriptions, vendors, and service provider fees are the responsibility of the client for payment prior to the commencement of project work. The responsibility for the legality, verification, and performance of contracts, vendors, and service providers rests solely with you, the client. We provide advice and coordinate efforts, but the ultimate decisions regarding selection, hiring, and management of all third parties remain under your control and responsibility.
